Pineapple Pepita Morning Bowl

- 6 oz 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp organic sprouted pepitas
- 1tsp hemp seed
- Lemmon zest ( optional)
Instructions

In a bowl mix the greek yogurt with the maple syrup

Top with pineapple, flaxseed, hemp and pepitas

Layer on lemon zest if desired
When in denial that its becoming Winter, Fall is a season that apparently needed to be skipped this year, this soothing breakfast bowl lets you stay there. I happened to have frozen pineapple that I was hoping to turn into a jam one day but that never happened, so I wanted to use it up and defrosted it in the fridge overnight, but fresh is always better! The Greek yogurt that serves as the protein bed for this bowl thats a nutrient dense powerhouse when topped with hempseed and flaxseed meal.
