Blistered Shisito Peppers

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz (170 g) Shisito Peppers
- Freshly ground salt & pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a iron cast or non stick pan
Add the peppers, salt and pepper and cook for 3 min
Toss the peppers in the pan and cook for another 3-8 min until blackened on all sides
Serve warm
Popping Shisto peppers into your mouth is like playing a game of Russian Roulette, your never quite sure if the one you bite into is going to have a nice kick to it or you’ll dodge the bullet and get a mild one.
